Zahawi reassures remaining over 80s that they will get an offer of a vaccine

Nadhim Zahawi has reassured over 80s who have yet to receive an offer of a vaccine, that they will still get one, despite vaccines beginning to be offered to those over 70 and the clinically extremely vulnerable.
