Boris Johnson admits reaching vaccine target by 15th Feb 'very hard'

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has said it it will be 'very hard' to to reach the target of vaccinating the must vulnerable for coronavirus by the 15th of February because of supply issues, but added that he does expect to do so.
