Mayor De Blasio says NYC has canceled 23k vaccine appointments due to shortage

Mayor Bill de Blasio says New York City had to cancel over 23,000 appointments for a COVID-19 vaccine because of a supply shortage and a delay in the delivery of the Moderna vaccine.
