Loud bang as thundersnow seen across parts of Hertfordshire and Sussex

A loud bang could be heard across parts of Hertfordshire and Sussex as the area experienced a rare natural phenomenon known as thundersnow, in which lightning is refelcted by snowflakes appearing brighter.
