Education minister insists there's 'a plan' for eventual reopening of schools

Education minister Nick Gibb has said the Government does have 'a plan' for the eventual reopening of schools after the current coronavirus lockdown. Nick Gibb was taking questions in the House of Commons from Shadow Education Secretary Kate Green.
