Bodycam shows Devon and Cornwall Police apprehending carer near Plymouth

Bodycam footage shows a carer being apprehended near Plymouth by Devon and Cornwall Police officers. Itman Ismail has been convicted of three human trafficking counts and conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and sentenced to seven years in prison.
