NI First Minister Arlene Foster calls on the UK government to trigger Article 16

First Minister of Northern Ireland, Arlene Foster, calls on the UK government to trigger Article 16 which gives countries the 'freedom to conduct a business'. It comes after the EU announced an export ban on Covid-19 vaccines.
