Sturgeon 'cautiously optimistic' about lifting some restrictions in March

Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has said she is 'cautiously optimistic' about the possibility of lifting some lockdown restrictions in Scotland at the start of March. She also mentioned she wanted to open schools before the end of February.
