Old flour mill in Cornwall seen in dire need of work on Grand Designs

This clip shows a derelict flour mill in Cornwall which is set to be transformed in the latest episode of Grand Designs on Channel 4. Leigh and Richard, who moved from Derbyshire, will attempt to change the building into a three bedroom home.
