RSPCA reveal shocking CCTV footage of a dog being yanked in the air by a lead

CCTV shows two people with a dog in Hamilton Street, Bury, before the pet is pulled up off the ground with a lead. The dog is then yanked in the air again and on the third occasion, the dog is forcefully pulled into the air.
