Row erupts involving Handforth Parish Council in 2017

Video footage has emerged of another row involving Handforth Parish Council more than three-years-ago. This comes after the council in Cheshire had a Zoom meeting which turned into chaos recently when Chair Brian Tolver clashed with Jackie Weaver.
