Floodwater in India breaks through dam as glacier moves in the Himalayas

This clip shows the moment floodwater breaks through a dam in India and continues moving onwards. A shifting glacier in the Himalayas prompted the release of a torrent of water, leaving several people dead. Rescue teams are working on the site.
