Emotional Leicestshire police officer fines couple out planespotting in lockdown

A police officer delivered an emotional plea to a couple from West Bridgford who were caught near East Midlands Airport claiming 'they were watching planes, having travelled nearly 13 miles from their home address on the 21st of January 2021.
