Officers from Merseyside Police seen using force to subdue man during arrest

A number of officers from Merseyside Police are seen using a significant amount of force to subdue a man during an arrest in Liverpool. Several of them are seen kneeing the individual, who appears to be handcuffed, in order to bring him down.
