Shocking moment taser fails to work as female police officer attacked

This is the shocking moment a man stabbed a female police officer in the face with a pen after he was confronted in a London garden. PC Alexandra Dobbs attempted to restrain the irate man with a taser, which failed to work as she called for backup.
