Patel: Arrivals from 'red list' countries will be 'up and running' on schedule

Home Secretary Priti Patel insisted this morning that the arrangements for arrivals from 'red list' countries will be 'up and running' on schedule, although she pointedly stressed it is the responsibility of Health Secretary Matt Hancock.
