Homemade video sent to his brother shows Sahayb Abu working out

Footage of 27-year-old Abu from Dagenham shows the suspected 'jihadist' using an outdoor gym. Sahayb sent the videos to his brother, Muhamed, and they were played out at the Old Bailey trial. He denies preparation of terrorist acts.
