Boris Johnson hails Covid vaccine success as 15M jab target reached

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has hailed the success of the UK's coronavirus vaccination programme as the government & the NHS reached its goal of vaccinating the 15 million most vulnerable people in the UK before the 15th of February.
