Passengers dropped off at hotels at start of the govt's new travel quarantine

The first passengers were dropped off at hotels this morning at the start of the government's new travel quarantine scheme. A coach carrying passengers believed to be quarantining arrives at the Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel at Heathrow Airport.
