'Red list' passengers heading to hotel quarantine arrive at Heathrow airport

Passengers from designated red list countries arrive at Heathrow Terminal 5, before being escorted for 10 days of quarantine in a nearby hotel. The scheme has been brought in today to stop new variants of Covid-19 being imported into the UK.
