Arrested paedophile insists he was just planning on 'watching TV' with minor

Martin Latimer was arrested and pleaded guilty to several charges including arranging a child sex offence, but was only sentenced to serve three years in prison. Upon his arrest he ensures he was just planning on 'watching tv' with his victim.
