Cars slide downhill as Austin motorists struggle to drive in snow

Texas resident James Bates captured several videos of out-of-control cars sliding down a hill in an Austin neighborhood as the state continues to face freezing temperatures. People can be heard screaming as the cars make their way down the hill.
