Woman drinks champagne and makes Jackie Weaver remark to Handforth Paris Council

A member of the public attending a Handforth Paris Council Meeting appeared to drink a glass of champagne before telling councillor that 'Jackie Weaver wouldn't tolerate this' before councils argue about voting to defer minutes.
