CCTV captures moment DPG delivery driver leaves bottle of urine outside property

This is the moment a DPG delivery driver is captured leaving a bottle of urine outside of a property as he completes a delivery. CCTV showed the driver climbing into his van before exiting it with a parcel and the bottle that he places on the ground.
