Environmentalists call for action as waves of plastic pollution

Some of Rio de Janeiro's beaches have been covered by a 'tsunami' of trash, leaving once pristine coastlines completely engulfed in everything from plastic bags and bottles to children's toys and dead fish, say Brazilian environmentalists.
