Jo Whiley's sister 'refused to talk to her' during her isolation after Covid

Jo Whiley explains on This Morning that her disabled sister Frances was utterly distraught when Jo received her coronavirus vaccine before her, and refused to talk to her or her parents as it had impacted her mental health.
