Driver who almost hit homeless woman with crashing car leaves in Uber

A blonde woman lost control of her sport car in Miami's South Beach and almost hit a homeless lady as the vehicle crashed into a wall. The driver then proceeds to leave the scene with luggage and backpack in an Uber, before being arrested by police.
