Gang leader, Arnel Joseph, and others escape during prison riot in Haiti

Armed bandits broke into the prison in Croix-des-Bouquets and helped Arnel Joseph, a gang leader who was arrested in 2019, escape. Other prisoners have also escaped. At least two people have died.
