Andy Burnham urges Government to solve self isolation pay issues

Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham, Liverpool Mayor Steve Rotheram and TUC General Secretary Frances O'Grady call on the Government to solve issues with self isolation pay ahead of the Budget announcement next week.
