De Blasio says many COVID shots at state-run sites go to non- city residents

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio says that more than 42% of COVID-19 vaccines given out at the state-run site at the Javits Center and more than 75% at the Aqueduct Race Track are given to non-city residents.
