Mayor of Enfield filmed out cycling with other councillors despite lockdown

Footage shows a man confronting the Mayor of Enfield for meeting with other individuals to cycle and drink coffee. The man asks why the Mayor is breaking lockdown, to which Sabri Ozaydin replies that they are simply 'testing the roads'.
