Sunak extends furlough to September & provides support to 'Excluded' self-employed

Chancellor Rishi Sunak confirms in his Budget address to the House of Commons that the furlough scheme will be extended until September 2021. He will also open up the support given to the 'Excluded' self-employed, allowing some to access grants.
