Man kayaks in the street after massive flood in Beattyville, Kentucky

Small mountain town of Beattyville, KY is under water following a downpour of rain this past weekend. Most streets are said to have six to seven feet of water, leaving many locals to travel by boat to get around and many cars to need an extra push.
