Business Sec Kwasi Kwarteng says Chancellor increasing corporation tax is 'fair'

Kwasi Kwarteng, Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, claims that the Chancellor increasing corporation tax over the next few years is 'fair', having lent 'billions to businesses' to support them during the pandemic.
