NI chief medical officer appeals to people not to hold St Patrick's Day parties

Northern Ireland chief medical officer Dr Michael McBride appealed to young people not to hold St Patrick's Day parties next week. Health minister Robin Swann said more than 600,000 people have received a first dose of Covid-19 vaccine.
