Labour's Jess Phillips warns violence against women is an 'epidemic'

Jess Phillips says Cressida Dick was right to be tempered in her statement but there must be more attention on violence against women. The Labour MP said, 'The message which this should be sending out is not what women should or shouldn't do'.
