Brazil President passionately defends 'freedoms' at 66th birthday celebrations

Brazil's president Jair Bolsonaro celebrates his 66th birthday with a lack of social distancing on show. Bolsonaro used to the occasion to launch a passionate defence of 'freedoms' as he condemned 'tyrant politicians'.
