National Guard soldiers transporting COVID vaccine held at gunpoint on TX road

A group of National Guard soldiers transporting the COVID-19 vaccine are held at gunpoint on a Texas road. 66-year-old Larry Harris, who thought the guards kidnapped a woman and child, was arrested by local police.
