Boris Johnson: UK cannot rule out tougher measures for France

Boris Johnson told the Public Liaison Committee: 'We have to look at the situation at the Channel' and 'we can't rule out tougher measures and we will put them in if necessary' to tackle the risk of importing coronavirus variants from France.
