Police announce arrest of suspect in the 1979 cold case murder of Evelyn Day

Weld County Sheriff's Office announces the arrest of suspect James Herman Dye, over the 1979 cold case murder of Evelyn Kay Day, 29, was strangled to death with her own coat belt and sexually assaulted near Aims Community College.
