Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden: Moderna vaccine expected in the UK in April

Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden has confirmed in an interview that the Moderna vaccine is expected to be in the UK in April. Dowden went also said they are 'confident' they will deliver on over 50's vaccines, and all adults vaccine targets.
