Independent SAGE member tells LBC infections should be halved before opening up

An Independent SAGE expert tells LBC Radio the infection rate for coronavirus cases should be halved before lockdown is eased. Professor Martin McKee said the transmission of the disease should be lower than it is now before the country opens up.
