Croatian man sets a new world record by holding breath underwater for 24 minutes

This is the moment Budimir Buda Šobat held his breath underwater for 24 minutes 33 seconds, setting a new world record. The Croation man performed his world record attempt in a swimming pool in the town of Sisak.
