Mum suddenly falls in manhole after paving slab gives way

A mum and daughter-in-law were cleaning a Tesla on their driveway in Newent, Gloucestershire when the mother stood on 20-year-old paving slab which covered a manhole cover which gave in and the woman suddenly fell in.
