Revellers leave behind mounds of litter outside Welsh Parliament in Cardiff

Shocking footage shows the sea of litter surrounding the Senedd Cymru - the Welsh Parliament building in Cardiff. Empty beer cans, cigarette butts and takeaways are strewn as far as the eye can see - with hardworking volunteers clearing it away.
