Police identify Fort Detrick gunman who shot two men at Maryland business park

Frederick Police Department identified the gunman as 38-year-old Fantahun Girma Woldesenbet. Woldesenbet was a former Navy hospital coropsman. He shot two men at a business park in Maryland before he was killed near Fort Detrick base.
