Border Patrol agents discover almost 200 migrants in Starr County, Texas

Rio Grande City Border Patrol agents responded to a report of a large group of illegal aliens crossing the Rio Grande. As agents arrived, they observed dozens of migrants consisting of family members and unaccompanied children crossing the river.
