Ambulances seen on street in France after shooting takes place in Paris

This Twitter clip from France shows an ambulances and other authorities parked on a street in Paris after a shooting in the capitol city. A gunman shot one man dead and left a female security guard severely wounded outside Henry Dunant Hospital.
