MPs hold one minute silence for Prince Philip and Lindsay Hoyle pays tribute

Sir Lindsay Hoyle, opens proceedings by paying tribute to the Duke of Edinburgh. He says Prince Philip was at the side of the Queen for more than seven decades and provided the nation 'with a reassuring presence.'
