Sheriff Leon Lott calls the incident 'terrible' during press conference

Sheriff Leon Lott held a press conference to condemn the actions of a U.S. Army sergeant first class who is now under investigation after he berated and pushed a young black man he did not believed lived in their South Carolina neighborhood.
